Information only
SparkRaise is a structured company directory and research surface. Nothing on the site or MCP is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer of securities in any jurisdiction.
No transaction handling
SparkRaise does not custody funds, execute transactions, broker deals, or act as a nominee. Founder and investor interactions remain direct between the relevant parties.
Founder responsibility
Founders are responsible for the accuracy of the information, metrics, documents, and raise details they publish or submit for review.
Access and availability
We may change, suspend, or restrict access to any part of the product, including admin-only, invite-only, or review-gated surfaces, without notice while the product is still pre-launch.
Next revision
A fuller legal and privacy review is still required before broad launch. Until then, this page should be treated as a boundary-setting stub rather than a complete production legal document.
